Dale & Gemma chose Broughton Craggs Hotel for their big wedding day. A civil ceremony conducted by the staff from the Whitehaven Registry Office and witnessed by family & friends who had traveled from all over the country to attend. It was our pleasure to be the official wedding photographers and great fun taking the wedding photos as Dale & Gemma smiled continually all day. One of my favourite pictures was of the flower girls sitting on the stone steps. They were having a great time.

Not everyone can smile on cue. To be honest, who can ? Successful wedding photography is a bit more than pointing a camera at people and asking them to smile. We don’t photograph ‘fake’ smiles for the simple reason that they look, well, fake ! It didn’t take long to develop a rapport with everyone. In no time we were on the same wave length. Real smiles all the way.
