Can we check feedback from other customers?

Yes, we receive a great deal of positive feedback from our customers. You can view some of their comments in the testimonials section on our website. Alternatively there is feedback on Google.

How long do you stay during the wedding?

We have flexible options to suit your requirements, including getting ready before the wedding, the wedding ceremony, after the ceremony, wedding speeches and evening reception.

Who will take our photographs?

Graeme is the photographer who will be at your wedding. Linda assists in making your day run smoothly. We do not sub contract wedding bookings to other photographers.

When will we see our photographs?

We aim to upload your wedding photos into your personal folder on our website in 1 to 2 weeks after the wedding.

Do you allow our guests to take their own photographs?

Yes. We like to involve your guests and always allow a little extra time for them to take their own photographs.

What albums do you supply?

We supply luxury storybook albums, the most popular size is 14″x10″ leather bound with an acrylic front cover. Sample albums are available to see at our studio.

What about booking fees?

A deposit of £100 is payable at the time of the booking which secures the wedding date with the remaining balance due six weeks before the wedding date. Please see our terms & conditions for further details.

Do you do your own printing?

No. We use professional photography labs for consistently high quality photographic printing results. The time, care and attention to detail ensure you get great photos. By using a professional lab we ensure that the printed photos have the best chance of long term life without undue fading.

How far in advance do we need to book you?

We are now accepting bookings for 2022, 2023 and 2024. Our recommendation is that as soon as you have confirmed your wedding date, you then book the other services you require.

What is the pre-wedding meeting for?

The pre-wedding meeting is when we get together with the Bride and Groom to discuss what photographs are required. We know that each and every wedding is different and unique; you simply cannot have a standard list of shots that are taken on the day.

How many photos do you take?

We take an unlimited amount of photographs; these are then edited to select the best. Typically 150 to 250 pictures will be uploaded into your personal folder on our website.

How many photos do we get?

We do not limit the amount of photos you get so you don’t have to choose. With a luxury storybook album the number of images is dependent on how we design the layout of the pages to tell the story of your day.

What is the Online Viewing Service?

After the photographs have been taken, we upload them into your online password protected personal folder to allow leisurely viewing. This is ideal for those guests who have travelled a long distance to attend the wedding or for those who couldn’t make it. The online viewing service allows guests to make their own purchase of photographs.

Do you have a printed brochure?

We do not have a printed brochure as most of the information is available on our website. We have sample wedding albums and boarded prints etc at our studio for our clients to view.

Do you have backup equipment that you bring to the wedding?

Although we only use professional equipment we still have a full range of professional backup equipment at every wedding.

What professional insurance do you have?

I am professionally insured with public liability insurance.

Can I see some of your work / view the sample albums & products?

Yes. Simply telephone us on 01946 861273 or 07763 806168 and make an appointment to pop in and see us. Alternatively there are pictures on facebook & flickr.

How long does the photography take?

Your wedding is unique and the time spent on photography is arranged to fit around your requirements.

What if we don’t want loads of formal group photographs?

No problem, we like to mix formal & informal images so that we capture the real emotions of the day.

What if I don’t like my photograph being taken?

We sometimes have couples who say this initially. On your wedding day our relaxed approach will put you at ease and let you concentrate on enjoying your big day, while we concentrate on capturing the special moments.

Why don’t you do just one wedding package?

Your wedding is unique. Our service is completely flexible allowing us to build a package that suits your requirements.

How else can we enjoy our photos?

We offer various options for reprints, enlargements, mounted prints, boarded prints, personalised wedding books, luxury storybook albums, USB sticks & CD’s.

Do you do a pre-wedding site visit?

Yes we usually visit your chosen wedding location.

Why do you use a digital camera?

Having originally photographed weddings on conventional film, we switched to digital photography when we considered that the quality of the final prints from professional digital cameras and printing superseded that of conventional film. Digital printing brings every aspect of quality under our control, so we can get consistently great results. Digital cameras allow us to take an unlimited amount of photographs, enabling an even better selection for you.
