Digital Photography Course Reviews

Feedback from Attendees on Google Reviews

Digital photography courses are going really well at at Hunday Manor near Workington. Both Jason and Simon attended our West Cumbrian course recently and gave the following 5 star feedback on Google. It’s always really nice to receive positive feedback and encouragement.

Jason Willis gave a 5 star Google review and said:

I attended the photography course which was fantastic. It catered for all different levels behind a camera and the course went from the basics to handy and useful tips that get you wanting to grab your camera and put to good use what you have learnt. Anyone wanting a friendly and well knowledge tutor then I highly recommend attending the course it’s helped me develop and now I even enter competitions.

Simon Ferguson also gave a 5 star Google review and said:

I had a great time on Graeme’s photography course over 2 evenings. The level of the course started from very basic principles and as it progressed the content explored some of the extra settings and behaviours of a reasonable Digital Single Lens Reflex camera. It was great for me as an aspiring amateur and I definitely learnt a number of new things, and better understood those things I thought I had a grip of. The more complicated topics were presented with good graphics to aid understanding and we were given all the time and assistance we needed to cement our learning. Thanks Graeme very enjoyable.

Hunday Manor

The Hunday Manor Country House near Workington is an excellent venue with great facilities & staff.

From experience

Through years of experience we’ve discovered that splitting the course over two separate evenings works really well. The groups are kept intentionally small, normally 3 or 4 people in total. It works best if everyone brings their own digital camera. That way they can practice and familiarise themselves by finding settings and trying techniques as we work through the flexible syllabus together.
