Commercial photography in Cumbria is ticking over due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Requests from the nuclear sector continue to come in which is great news. Photography, training and consultancy ongoing. The quiet spells in between have given us the opportunity to bag some stock photos from the local area.

We needed some new stock images for Spindlecraft Gift Shop. Spindlecraft is located in the old railway station at Drigg.
BRAUNTON VISITS CUMBRIA
Last Saturday saw a visit from Braunton. It’s proper name is SR West Country class 21C146 Braunton. It was coming down the coast from Carlisle to Carnforth. All part of a Classic Steam Saphos Trains Tour. This presented us with an ideal opportunity to photograph the train.
THE PERFECT MOMENT
The perfect moment for us was when the train approached Drigg Station. A bridge helped to create part of a natural frame. The tracks created lead in lines. Playing around with one of the images made a perfect picture. Happy with the result.
